I am a satisfied customer from Romania. I was looking for a shop that should: 1) offer genuine products, "keine Grauware" with pan-european Guarantee 2) provide a good payment solution (credit card or PayPal, rather than the very expensive banking order) 3) send goods via a reliable shipping company, preferably UPS or TNT. I did not want DHL, as they deliver the goods in Romania via the not-so-user-friendly Romanian Post. Pixxass promised all this, and they have delivered indeed. I bought from Pixxass a photo lens from Canon, the 15-58mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM, plus a Hoya UV filter and Canon's dedicated lens hood the EW 78E. Even if other shops offered better prices, I decided to avoid shops that offered the Canon lens as "bulk", which I thought would mean just "gray products" and no guarrantee. The communication with the Pixxass stafff went well, they answered all my questions in a succint manner, after a few hours. I was a bit nervous to order such an expensive product (the order was of about 703 euro) over the internet, but the credentials Pixxass has all over the German internet looked really good, so I decided to go for them. There was just a little "hiccup" in the ordering process, when I was informed that the product would go via the DHL --which I absolutely wanted to avoid, due to DHL's unhappy "marriage" with the Romanian Post-- and not with UPS, as initially planned. I wrote back to the Pixxass stuff, insisting on my original choice with UPS. They were kind to change the shipping over to UPS. The package made an incredible 75 hours (just a bit over three days) to reach Romania, just as the Pixxass guys had promised (and one day shorter than the UPS's own estimate). Well packed, all in original packaging, and in mint condition. The lens is extraordinary for its class. Pixxass has done a great job. I have made a great deal over buying this lens from Romanian shops, where it would have cost me nearly 200 euros more (shipping included)! I am content with Pixxass and they have won a customer in me! Will be there again. Adrian
