I am sorry to inform that the parcel has not arrived due to lack of documention for declaration of content. This has happened before to a friend of mine, that also order from your site. The issue seems to be that costums dont approve the info given or its to little info to declare whats in the parcel without opening it. To get around this issue, you need to put a copy of the invoice/ receipt, with the shipping label, that contains the contents and its value. That is what the costums said to me when they didnt process the parcel. I contactet Paperguru directly through your sites contact option, and was told that you dont know what they need of documentation at this point. Hi Mr. Espelid,
we responded immediately to your request about the import of your order to Norway. We added the customs declaration to our response. As we mentioned, you are responsible for importing these goods to your country. We can only declare what is in the packet. If you are not allowed to import these goods to your country (Norwegian Customs is very strict about that) it might be possible that Customs seizes the parcel as long as you are not providing more information about the content. You have to be in contact with your Customs to clarify the inspection process. You expected us to clear your goods in your national Customs which is not our responsibilty. Customs is in contact with you, as the receiver and you need to answer to their requests. I offered you full support in providing more information as you need them. Unfortunately you did not respond to my mail and rated us negative directly. I don't understand this behaviour and i don't think this will help to solve this problem. You mentioned that a friend of yours had problems with our documentation to Norway. I don't know which case you refer to. But nearly all of our foreign customers are satisfied with your Customs declaration. As i mentioned above, Norwegian Customs is one of the most strict in the world. Maybe your friend also faced the problem, that he imported goods to your country which are not allowed there and was disapppointed about that. Sorry to hear that, but please inform yourself about your national laws and regulations before you buy from abroad. Please try to stay in contact with us that we can release your order from Customs.
