I pay for EU Premium delivery (2-3 days) and you deliver in three WEEKS. Why is this??? You have no language options whatsoever - except German, of course. This is not a very global approach, nor the way to do business in the internet.

Your statement is not true, the parcel was processed on Friday and picked up on Monday, then it was transported from Augsburg to Neumünster and then Hamburg (not sure why this took 2 days but with the ongoing pandemic that's the new "normal"). 2 days later it's now on the way to your country as I'm writing this answer. I'm sure you will receive it within the next 2 or 3 days which would make the total delivery time 1 week - which, unfortunately - is not unusual right now (pandemic).
We apologize for that but as you can imagine, once the parcel left our warehouse there is nothing we can do. As for our website and communication - everything bi-lingual (German and English). The information on the DHL website is also available in English. We would appreciate if you're not making false statements. Thank you.

Had an item out of stock on the whole order. Was told that it would be available in one month, and that the package would only be shipped all together. After one month, received another e-mail stating that another item was missing (a different one), and that I should be receiving the whole package after one more month. After I complained, the offer I was presented was to pay extra so to cut the delivery into two... This is definitely not a client oriented business model. Quality control and client attention comes with an extra invoice.

Hello, while it is often "normal" to have longer delivery times (which are also shown on the webpage) in this type of business the whole pandemic has made things worse. On the manufacturers side there are often supply shortages so that the availabilities shown on our website (provided by our suppliers) are not always 100% accurate.
If a customer outside of Germany wants to split an order then this is only possible if the customer is paying for the extra shipping costs. With our low prices it would simply make no sense to handle this otherwise especially since we have many small items with low profit margins.
Long waiting times are always frustrating, for you as a customer and for us because you are not the only one affected by this.
Rating our service with 1 star is not fair since we are always available, answering fast trying to find the best possible solution for all our customers.
