mit dem Shop ist alles bestens

On May 31, I ordered a number of items of which was indicated that they would be shipped immediately. At the end of the following day, the orders were still in the "Not Shipped" status. My inquiry by email was answered immediately. As a reason, it was stated that Bergzeit could not process payments. My payments were already debited from my credit card. The following days I have inquired for the status of my orders several times, but have not received any response from Bergzeit anymore. Only on June 9 the orders were delivered to me. Out of these orders were two return shipments. I had to send five mails and had to wait several days before receiving a free shipping return label from Germany. Sometimes Bergzeit responds to email in a few minutes, sometimes it takes several days. The returns have now been delivered to DHL in Germany. Now I’ll have to wait when I get my money back.
