I like exvape stuff, I have done for couple of years nearly. However product arrived with crushed box (this happened in packing as the exterior box was fine and it was bubble wrapped). The inside of the atomiser looked dirty and poorly machined top) however product worked fine and they offered a gift if I ordered again, I didn't request compensation, just offered feedback really.

The shipment procedure wasnt as easy as I tought. It wasnt your fault. Hungarian post office is known about the understandable non-logical problem solving system. Shortly..the deliver didint find me(misplaced the address of course, as lately she told me) after that they sent it back to the airport for retour. It was happened on 08.02. On 08.03 I phoned them and asked to stop the pack. Today i have finally got the goods with additonal 2€ reforwarding fee. So please...if you really care about customers, prefer gls,dhl,fedex,ups or any other shipping companies. Thank you anyway.
