Sehr guter Service, vorallem als ich mal ein kleines Problem mit dem Pluspol hatte, habe ich sofort kostenlos Ersatz geschickt bekommen. Werde demnächst auf jeden Fall noch einen Expromizer ordern, da es der beste Verdampfer ist, den ich je hatte. Erstaunlich ist auch die Alltagstauglichkeit. Da können sich andere namhafte Hersteller mal ne dicke Scheibe von abschneiden!

Everything was outstanding. The item shipped fast and arrived in a timely manner. Communication was quick and friendly. Now for the important bit. The eXpromizer. I absolutely adore it. It's engineered beautifully and vapes like a dream. I showed it to a friend at work today and within a minute he was fully intent on ordering one the moment he got home.

Great product and exceptional customer service. Track-able delivery service to the States and it made it here to Minneapolis in slightly over a week. Wow! Slick little package with complimentary Haribo included. I want another one now but I feel like I lucked out in getting this one because they are consistently out of stock. I would hope to see a few more replacement parts available from eXvape soon. I really am loving the gear so far, but worry about losing some of the silicone insulators that come with it, because, quality design and machining aside, one failed insulator and this beauty will have to sit on the bench and that would be a shame. The matter of the "spring not bouncing" has been a non-issue for me. I can only speak for myself, but I have experienced no problems with it. Apparently, the manufacturer felt it was not stiff enough to provide the proper amount of force against the pin and had said they would send replacements out. Maybe mine was shipped with the new, stiffer spring. Anyway they have apparently sorted it out. Bottom line, if you appreciate sensible, smart design I'd recommend the eXpromizer. It`s not going to re-write the rules of rebuildable atomizers or anything like that, but it is a nicely engineered, affordable piece of quality gear, especially if you use the stainless cylinder.
