Very fast delivery and fantastic customer care as normal !my expromizer v1.1 arrived yesterday and vapes so good I don't think I will ever change to another atty ! On the slightly down side of things my previous order was for a glass tank when it arrived it had a very small crack in it and after a few days of use it was totally cracked think the glass tank that has a thread on it would have been better ! Small issue in what is a fantastic company with fantastic products and customer care thanks eXvape

I have two technical issues, one with the eXpromizer itself, and one with the glass tank accessory: 1) The drip tip well collects condensation, and very efficiently so. This quickly leads to gurgling. I have no idea why it does that. I thought a slanted well bottom would be a good thing, but apparently not. When chain vaping I have to remove the drip tip and wipe the well clean with a paper towel every 5-15 minutes. I have tried several different drip tips. When I remove the drip tip and place the mod upright, the condensation mysteriously resists running back down into the chimney. 2) The edges of the glass tube on the glass tank should probably be polished, or treated in some way to prevent chipping. There are two small chips in the edge of the glass already. I hope there will not be more. Other than that, I think the eXpromizer is a great device.
