A few months back I bought a copy of Microsoft Visio Professional 2024 from this company. The price was exceptional; the licence was for 3 devices and the software download link and activation key arrived within minutes of completing my purchase. Only one slight problem: the software is a LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) version. This is okay as LTSC software tends to be more stable and MS supports it longer in terms of security updates and critical fixes. The problem is (or was in my case) that I had to uninstall Microsoft 365 / Office before the software would allow me to install Visio. This wasn’t huge as I have a subscription to Microsoft 365, it was just very time consuming, uninstalling / reinstalling. But once everything was reinstalled, Visio worked fine and played nicely with my other Microsoft apps. So, success on this front. The second hiccup came when trying to install Visio on my notebook. Once I’d installed and tried to activate it, I got the message, "Your installation cannot be activated because you have activated up to the limit of your Multiple Activation Key.” So, I emailed customer support at Winandoffice to ask them to sort this out for me. A mere 35 minutes later I got a polite and friendly reply and a new activation key, which worked straight away. Truly outstanding customer service. I suppose the test of my satisfaction is whether I would use Winandoffice again and recommend them. The answer is yes in both cases.
