ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT PRODUCT AND SERVICE I put myself thru College and university by building & setting up pcs in the 80s and have remained very IT literate and active since. In those days it was DOS and windows emerged on a floppy disk. Since then the scammers and rip off artists have developed faster than the software when it comes to buying it and getting support if yopu want an alternative route to the ever increasing 'annual subscription scams'. I was therefore sceptical when buying software from this company. I AM GLAD I DID - This supplier is one of the exceptions to the rule. The product works flawlessly, its priced brilliantly ( i got thje non subscription office pack ). I did have an issue installing tho BUT . . . . when I needed help, rather than get the typical no reply, excuses, issues or be told 'its something ive done', etc.. I was really pleased to simply get FAST help. Mila and Billie from Customer Support reponded within 20 minutes, ON A SATURDAY, with professional courtesy and an immediate resolution. If you have any concerns at their honesty, reliability or professionalism, leave tham at the door because they will deliver and support. Cant ask for anything better or more. I WILL certainly be recommending them to everyone and using them again.
