I was very sceptical as the license was so cheap and when Word didn't work (something to do with old licenses on my computer, that I never would have figured out myself), they asked me to grant access to Teamviewer. I was suspicious, but they were 100% above board, and after dialling in remotely, they fixed the problem and everything works perfectly now.

I remember failing when trying to activate my office at first, but then after getting in touch with the client support, they did a remote desktop connection, which I tought to be very helpful. Afterwards it was activated and works perfectly still.
