I have been searching websites to replace an old kilim for the last couple of years, and I was thrilled to come across Carpetvista. The site offers an unparalleled selection of these carpets, and my experience is that the colour representation used is very accurate. When ordered, service given in respect of information and delivery is exceptional - less than 4 days from Sweden to my door in Scotland is pretty special in my experience. And of course, the quality of the carpet supplied is excellent.

The information, descriptions, pictures of their rugs is second to none and by far the most comprehnsive site I found on the web. Despite a small glitch in the payment process when i bought my carpet, the problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently by customer services. My rug was delayed by one day in customs but delivered by Fed Ex the next morning, however this was quickly forgotten when I unwrapped the rug. The quality and beauty of the carpet is astounding and I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase. If I had a bigger house and more money I would not hesitate to buy more of their beautiful rugs. First rate!

I think this website is the best rug dealer. They are honest and up front about its products and have competitive prices. The customer service is excellent. I have purchased few rugs and will buy more as well. I have recommended this website to so many friends I know interested in buying rugs.

First time we ordered a carpet, I was a little bit worried how it would look like, the colours and the quality. Not to mention a delivery! Our friends thought that we're bold. This time I could enjoy in choosing the right one, comparing the similar in colour and sizes, playing with different combinations. The quality was not the question. Same as delivery, since I knew that I would have an information where my carpet was in any moment. We are happy with our new carpet. CarpetVista's done all the other.
