Very bad experience. In the past I did order several times on the hair-express.de and in general was everything ok, yes, sometimes they sent not the samples I ordered but that's a minor issue I didn't pay attention to. But the last order was literally my last order on their website. I made it on the 09.12.18 and to date - 18.12.18 - it wasn't even shipped! I mailed those guys couple of days ago and received an auto reply they'd answer with 4 days. I emailed them again and they explained me the delay because it was Christmas time and therefore a "state of exception" (ger. Ausnahmezustand). Are you serious, hair-express team? You earn most of your money around Christmas, I guess, just do your work and treat your clients with respect and if you are not in the position to manage all the processes effectively inform your customers, announce your website that delivery will take longer! I emailed them again expressing my frustration and discontentedness because I live outside Germany and only from time to time there and expected to pick it up on Christmas, but they obviously won't deliver it before the holidays and for me it means I'll get the parcel - most optimistic forecast - Feb 2019. To sum it up - zero client focus, zero reliability, will never order there again and won't recommend it to anyone.
