Very pleased with the transaction. I am especially grateful to the customer support for their extra attention and help in sorting out a confusion with shipping. My package was mistakenly returned to the seller after a failed delivery, and the customer service was kind enough to fulfil my request for a different shipping company (for an extra cost). My package was swiftly delivered at the second attempt. All's well that ends well!

I’ve made several purchases through Douglas and was initially satisfied—until I encountered an issue. I received a faulty product (a bottle that was only half full), and their customer service was extremely disappointing. They asked me to take photos and then left me waiting for weeks without an update. I kept following up and asking them to get back to me after a week of silence, but still received no clear response. Eventually, they refused to replace the item because I couldn’t provide a photo of the delivery box—which I had already mentioned in my very first email that I had discarded. At no point was it made clear that the box would be required for an exchange or refund. Expecting customers to keep packaging indefinitely is unreasonable, especially when this wasn’t communicated upfront. In the end, they offered me a 10% discount code, which felt like a slap in the face. I declined it because the issue wasn’t about a minor discount—it was about how poorly they handled a legitimate complaint. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be purchasing from Douglas again.

Bin schon viele Jahre Kunde im Shop. Meine Begeisterung für die Produkte nimmt kein Ende. Habe als ganz einfacher Mensch gelernt, welche Möglichkeiten mit dem Urteilchen - Strahler sowie den Transmittern und unzähligen anderen Produkten - in meinen Händen liegen. Konnte wirklich schon ganz viel Gutes an Personen sowie Tiere weiter geben. Angefangen habe ich mit Pflanzen und Bäumen. Bin mittlerweile über 70 Jahre und gespannt, was ich noch dazu lerne. Ich bedanke mich bei all den fleissigen Personen ,die durch ihr Ideenreichtum und den Kontakt zu den geistigen Helfern, solche einmalige Produkte erschaffen haben.
