I felt like cheated!!! They asked for courier charges.... I transfered the money immediately. After few weeks I started receiving fines. Later got i to know the money was with otto and had to transfer it to otto payments. I paid all the mahnungs but that money with otto is still not recd in my bank, its been almost 3 months... I have no deregistered and removed my app from my phone. This is alarming!!! The customer service were rude and disrespectful.
