Schlechter Service, Lieferung dauert extrem lang, obwohl es hieß ,,heute bestellt , übermorgen bei dir“. Bestellung wurde nicht als Geschenk verpackte obwohl es extra mitbestellt wurde. Somit kam das Geschenk Tage zu spät an und wurde zudem noch nicht mal als Geschenk verpackt. Sendungsnummer bekommt man auch nur auf Nachfrage, weil man schon auf das Paket wartet. Ich würde bei Wiladu nicht wieder bestellen. Andere Plattformen / Unternehmen sind kundenfreundlicher und serviceorientierter. Das Produkt kam aber heile an und ist sehr schön.
