I had a very unpleasant ordering experience, delivery took over a month. Customer support refuses to tell me when the delivery will be, just keep waiting. After I had to argue and they finally sent the package, they immediately wrote, "We will not be providing any further information on this matter." In other words, they're no longer responding and won't explain why customer support is so ineffective.
And this is the boss's response; he only intervened in the conversation after the package had been sent and simply said that he didn't understand what the problem was: "Unfortunately, I cannot understand where a colleague may have made fun of your request. In our last email, we informed you that your order had already been shipped."

We reviewed the entire correspondence carefully but still cannot fully agree with your criticism in this regard. The entire exchange was conducted in a factual manner, even though — as stated — it was not possible at all times to provide the specific level of detail requested.
Yesterday, on Thursday, January 22, we informed you that your PC had been completed and was already with our shipping department. We also pointed out that an inventory was being carried out, but that the handover to DHL would still take place within the same week. As shipping confirmation would be sent as soon as the parcel was handed over to DHL, we asked you to keep an eye on your mailbox.
If any of this information was unclear, maybe due to an imperfect translation - we regret this. However, with reference to your subsequent response, we ask for your understanding that we do not tolerate explicit insults towards our employees and cannot continue to engage with disrespectful or offensive messages. A respectful and appropriate tone on both sides is a prerequisite for resolving issues constructively.
We are pleased that your PC was successfully delivered on January 23 and once again apologize for the waiting time involved.
