Had a broken garage door cable. Called Rapid Garage Doors Services (they'd installed a new garage door opener about a decade ago). Made an appointment and in a few days David arrived, gave me a few options and replaced the cable and pulleys. Work was well-performed and the cost was more than reasonable so between that and how quickly they came, I'm 100% satisfied with the work and the entire experience.

Stephen from Rapid Garage Doors was just here to repair our garage door opener. He was here on time and very personable and professional. I appreciate his honesty in that he could have told me that we needed to have the motor replaced, but instead found a very minor issue. I highly recommend Rapid Garage Doors should you need a new, or repair on, your garage door opener.

One of my garage door openers wasn't working for several weeks and I called Rapid Garage Doors to come and look at it. When the technician arrived...the door opener worked! They didn't charge me for the visit, which they could have done. I'll need to replace all three door openers soon and I'm definitely calling Rapid Garage Doors. Thanks!

He was very professional, his work is extremely clean & explained everything in detail. He even came back later that day because I couldn’t download the app right away. We had our garage door opener from the 90’s replaced w a smart opener. Fast service with a friendly and knowledgeable installer. Also, they don’t try to sell you a million extra parts. They just do what you asked! Highly recommend!
