Just got my garage door installed/serviced. We previously had somebody else install the garage door opener. They left it undone and with a broken piece, unable to use the garage door opener. Rapid Garage Door technician came out installed it properly and also suggested we change out rollers... Before and after rollers were changed was a major difference (would definitely do it if they recommend). The garage door is running smooth. I am a happy customer. Prices are good as well, especially with the type of service you receive.

I would like to thank Rapid Garage Doors for their excellent work on my garage door. I had a problem with the garage door and they came out to fix it. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did not take long to arrive at my house and he did a good job replacing my garage door opener. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with any kind of repair or installation!

Schrecklicher Service! Die Blumen kamen 4 Tage zu spät, obwohl DHL Express zusätzlich bezahlt wurde. Die Blumen waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, das Problem mit dem Kundenservice zu klären. Man sagte mir, dass ich mein Geld zurückbekomme, aber das Geld ist nicht da! Das ist rausgeschmissenes Geld!

Like everything else, the prices are high, but you have their promise to return if there are any problems. They are a reliable resource for all things garage door. They also show respect.

Rapid Garage Doors put in new cables, keypad and a garage door opener. At separate times the opener and keypad failed in the first year well within the 10-year warranty. David came promptly and replaced each one without further charge. The answering service was quick to take calls and set up an appointment.

Their worker called me the next morning and offered to start my installation an hour early. He was courteous and professional, and he completed the task. He even made certain that wires were neatly run and hidden as much as possible. I would give them a ten out of ten rating.
