Stephen, the Rapid Garage Doors tech, did an excellent job. Promptly evaluated the situation and condition of my garage door, provided options to solve the problem and get the door back in service. Can’t say it was cheap — though I’m certain I won’t be facing issues that repeatedly surfaced causing the door to jam. I agreed with Stephen’s recommendations and he immediate completed the project and had the door operating properly in short order. Very pleased with the results!

Sept 24: Reifen bestellt (Mischbereifeung) Okt 24: erhalten habe ich 2 mal die bestellten und 2 mal zwar das bestellte Modell aber als DOT21 (92 € pro Stk. günstiger auf der Seite) Da die Reifen drauf mussten, hatte ich anstatt einer Rücksendung mit einer Rückerstattung zufrieden zu sein. Meiner Meinung nicht perfekt für mich aber zweckdienlich für beide Seiten. Nov 24-März25: Lapidare Mails im 3 Wochenrhythmus nach frustrierter Mails meinerseits vom "Kundenservice": Wir leiten es an die Fachabteilung weiter. Das Finale Ergebnis war eine angebotene Gutschrift von 5% auf die falschgelieferten Reifen, also ein knappes fünftel von dem was die Herrschaften selbst verbockt haben. Der Laden hat zusammenfassend: - Keine Kompetenz - Keinen Anstand gegenüber dem Kunden bei eigenen Fehlern - Keinen Kundenservice
