I placed my order as the shipping time mentioned was 1-3 working days. Only after I contacted them after I informed them that they don't have the product in stock and they made the order from a distributor which may or may not send the product after week 48 2023, which is approximately November 25th. Delays might happen and that's understandable however product is still being advertised as 1-3 days shipping time. This is not acceptable, this is misleading the customer. When I asked refund, they simply told me that they were waiting for confirmation from the distributor for cancellation. This is nuts since I can't be punished by time, due to their supply chain management issues and misleading their customers.
