Hello Damien, first of all I would like to apologize to you that the goods have not arrived yet. We have to clarify internally why DHL has not yet delivered the package. I will of course take care that you get the refund. On the point that you have not received any feedback by mail: You sent us the mail on Friday, today, Tuesday, is a holiday in Germany and therefore not all employees were working yesterday.
