I am a returning customer but this time I am highly disappointed with your service. Your shipping department did not fill the delivery information properly (they only put my last name) so i did not get package. I paid for 3 to 4 day FEDEX delivery and since your agent did not put my full name as I have given you my shipment is stuck in Madrid and it is past the delivery date. I think you should refund my FEDEX delivery cost that i paid you.
