Hi, I'm being very honest here so please consider this as constructive criticism. The item was sent initially to the wrong address (Jordan instead of USA), I sent many emails and messages with a very late response. The package did not arrive till now and tracking shows no update for the last 5 days. I emailed them again today and no one replied. Sorry, but as a customer and very unsatisfied. I paid full and I need some attention. My rating for the product "Ware" is an estimation as I didn't get anything yet!!!

According to our shipping conditions, international shipping takes up to 30 days. The shipping from Germany to USA can take up to a month. This comment was released after only 10 days. In addition, a replacement shipment with the correct address was sent three days after the first order.
