Bought a game that was so called new and sealed, rubbish. If a game is new and sealed that how is it possible that is has coffee stains on the manual and code card that was inside the box ? Fake

I suspect that these are not coffee stains but water damage caused by the long storage period. These can also sometimes turn brown.
