"NobleGo doesn't hold responsibility for their shipping mistakes"
I made an order from noblego that was cash on delivery, and they sent first the wrong item which I had to pay for as written on the package by DHL, then I informed the company and they were nice enough to send another package, the next day DHL gave me the package but it was written on it to take 115 euros again, and DHL told me it's not their problem and I had to settle this with noblego, so I paid the amount AGAIN thought that this is going to be handled by noblego, then they didn't want to send me the extra amount because I didn't take an invoice from DHL (which they didn't give), and been ignoring my emails, I had to call them and they said they will try to handle it with DHL since I sent them a photo of the 2 packages with the labels and the content inside them, till now I didn't receive my money and have been sending lots of emails which sometimes they reply and most of the time are not, so never again purchasing from a company that is not taking responsibility for their mistakes with delivery
