Totally unsatisfied by the increased shipping cost, poor customer support because I received my order damaged. I will not buy again.

I first asked to resend the smaller and safer products and to refund me the high shipping cost, which I paid for the products you had poorly packed and destroyed the package. You refused the solution, so I asked for a full refund, which I haven't received yet, that's why I made a PayPal claim. You have the tracking number of the package and the details that I didn't accept it because of its damage. I was buying for years for years from your shop, being totally satisfied, but with this experience, I will not buy again.

Thankfully I escalated the case to PayPal, after I contacted DHL and having an extra proof in written that I didn't receive the package and it is the seller's responsibility to investigate the case. Thankfully PayPal refunded me, because you didn't want to understand, by insisting to return you a package I REFUSED TO RECEIVE AT FIRST PLACE and you didn't contact DHL. I had to do it. Or else I would still be waiting for the refund... I will not buy again from your shop and I am already sharing my awful customer service experience I had with you to discourage more people to buy from your store. It would be easier to accept the responsibility of the bad packaging and then offer a logic solution instead of dragging it so much. I am glad I paid with PayPal, because I would still be waiting to refund me. I am an online customer for more than 10 years and it's the first time I get to deal with such behaviour.
