Good support, but savings on delivery put me on sick leave eventually: this was second time I had to deliver heavy package myself from the post office to the address the delivery was actually ordered (and eventually injured my hand due to that big 30kg package). Also the packaging hulls were damaged already at post office as well as some items inside. What the problem to arrange delivery to the given home address (for several KEur purchases)?
