ordered Christmas Items on November 25. CHocolate4s and other food articles.I'm in France. thec package is held up at UPS since December 4th. I have emailed Feincost several times, also sent numerous messages on Whatsapp. Received absolutely no anseer. They dont answer the phone. I know I wont get the items for Christmas. There is absolutely now way to contact them I have never experienced anything like this.
I just would like to get my money bacv, but there is now way to contact them.
