I contacted Customer Service on the 09.04.21 via e-mail because I received damaged one of the products from my last order. To the e-mail were also attached the photos with the damaged product. Until today Nobody answered my e-mail. After few days, I also called around 1:30pm but the automatic answer machine said that I am calling outside the service hours which are from 9am till 4pm. I am very disappointed and I want my money back, nobody reacts from your side.
