Great all round!

Browsing the internet for a new coat I stumbled across bergfreunde.co.uk. I found just what I wanted at a sale price that couldn't be beaten. So I took the plunge and brought the coat a little apprehensive about mail order from outside the UK. Delivery time was excellent but the coat turned out to be too small, even though it was labelled as XXL, which is normally plenty big enough for me. Fjallraven sizing does tend to be on the small side. Following the very easy instructions to return, I then posted the coat back. Process all good at this point bar one thing, I hadn't insured and tracked my parcel. The delivery companies involved then duly went ahead and lost my parcel. With no tracking and no insurance this left me well out of pocket and very dubious about ever ordering on line, especially offshore, ever again. I contacted customer services at Bergfreunde who were very courteous and repeatedly searched for the parcel. It never arrived and I dismissed any hope over recovering any losses. Completely out of the blue Daniel from customer services contacted me again and said "The parcel didn't arrive and even if we don't have any proof of delivery or tracking ID we have decided to make the full refund to you"... HOW GOOD IS THAT!!! With service like this I would have no reservation what so ever about using Bergfreunde again. Only next time I will pay for tracking and insurance if I have to return goods. Many thanks to Daniel Hohlfeld who was very courteous, friendly and professional throughout my dealings with your customer services. WELL DONE Bergfreunde.
