Avoid this company, I don't know if they are scam, if they truly exist or what is their issue, however I never received my product. It was written next to the product that it is available and that it will be sent within the next 3-5 business days. After 10 business days still nothing happened I had to contact them multiple times, always same excuses why it was not sent yet. This was quite stressful for me as I wanted to use the backpack during my upcoming holidays and two weeks after I ordered the backpack it was not even on the way! The scheduled delivery was already after I had left for my holiday so I was thinking that at least I will have it when I come back and will be able to use it afterwards as it completely failed this time. It was an unpleasant surprise that the backpack was not there even after my return! Not a delivery note that I have to pick it up at the post office, not a mail explaining where it is, anything...when I clicked on the delivery number which was shared with me it was still pending and no update during the last 3 weeks...curious right? So I called the customer service and I was informed that the backpack was sent back to the warehouse...well why? I was never informed that it was even tried for it to be delivered, nothing. Now I don't have any backpack nor my money, I lost lot of time and energy because of that. They are not helpful at all on the customer service. I hope that at least I will get my money back at some point but I advise you not to risk it and avoid this company. There are many good and reliable companies selling the same stuff as this one, often for better prices so don't waste your time and energy with this one it is not worth it at all!
