product are good and a lot to chose from.
Sadly the service is lacking and they don't seem to read or understand emails.

Dear customer,
we are sorry that you have that feeling. We have read your mail and understood it very clearly. But please do understand that we cannot send packages on national holidays (3rd of October is a nation wide holiday in Germany. No shop is open, no one will pickup packages anywhere, nothing will be shipped). Due to that we had not been able to answer your mail before and ship the goods on thursday. No one was in the office at Thursday to read your mail that you've wrote wednesday at 23:01.
