A calha Chihiros LED System A1201 plus não trazia a caixa original, trazia uma de papelão, e o alumínio vinha riscado nalguns locais.

Dear Licínio,
we are really sorry that you are not satisfied with the order. The Chihiros 90 and 120 cm do not come with the regular Chihiros packaging. They only come in a regular carton which is unfortunately to large to ship with. Due to that we unpack them very carefully and put them in a new carton.
Small scratches are kinda normal with Chihiros lamps. We are sorry for that. If you contact our customer service we find a solution for sure. But just giving negative ratings will not solve anything and won't make you happy again.
