I like "Alfatex", but this time a few things went wrong with the delivery. 1/ I got a wrong package number, so I was tracking an order that eventually was 'cancelled'. That cancellation helped me & Alfatex discover the mistake (via email). 2/ The parcel was supposed to go to a DHL Parcelstation close to my home. But there was no phone number on it, so I did not get the pickup code in an sms. I had to call DHL Poland to find out what to do. Luckily, someone nice in the shop where the DHL boxes are signed for it. Since tracking said "successfully delivered" - I had to go there and look for it. They know me as customer and released the package from their backroom3/ the envelope was probably a bit too large for the fabric shifting in it, so it was badly ripped up, only the bubble foil kept it together. Everybody saw the content, I still like Alfatex, this transaction was exceptional. Besides, shipping costs remain too high, many similar shops have lowered shipping costs.

Schöne Stoffe im Angebot , auch die bildliche Darstellung gefällt mir sehr gut. Versandkosten sind meiner Meinung nach zu hoch. Ich hätte schon öfter mal was bestellen wollen, aber dann schaue ich lieber nochmal in anderen Shops mit niedrigeren Versandkosten. Meist findet sich ja ein ähnliches Produkt.

Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell, die Stoffe sind von toller Qualität und großzügig abgemessen. Ich werde auf alle Fälle wieder bestellen!
