Unbelievable, the worst service I have ever received in my entire life and it’s not even the first time I have bought from this person/shop. The first time i received rotten plantain, i complained but he never bothered to even say he will send a replacement. Now this is the second time i am buying from this shop and my package came destroyed. All he could tell me was sorry madam , all we can do is give you a coupon code so that next time when oder again , you will get a discount.Imagine the insult coming from them , no apologies, no remorse. Please I feel you know what is good for you don’t it need nothing from this shop, they will really disappoint you . Do yourselves a favor by looking for reputable African shops who have good products an dich offer great services . I forgave them the first , and this today was the second they ever repeating this nonsense. Don’t buy from them .. they have the worst customer services.. my products got damaged and all he could say is , madam next time when you shop from us we will give you a discount. They are just thieves . Go on google and see my damaged products yourselves. They could not say sorry. Nothing. A few months ago my first purchase was plaintains he send me rotten plantains.. I showed him the picture.. he did not even say anything.. bad service. When owners do good they deserve to be praised, but this shop are nothing but scammers. Bad service..
