I had a spring break on my 30+ year old garage door. Found Rapid Garage Doors on Google and called them based off the reviews I read. I left a message and got a call back from David in 20 minutes and we set up a time for the next day. He called the day of service to let me know he was ahead of schedule and was able to show up early. I ended up going with a rebuild to include new cables, pulleys, springs, and rollers. Highly recommend.

My garage coils and springs broke, called a few places and no one could come out for a few days. Then I called and got William who came out and not only fixed the problem but checked everything to make sure there were no other issues. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks again William for coming to our rescue so quickly

We needed thicker garage doors to better insulate our home gym for the winter. David came out and installed our beautiful, modern doors the next week. The garage temperature has increased 7 degrees already. We are thrilled with the appearance and efficiency of the doors and of course with the promptness of the installation. Thank you!!

David was very professional, prompt and courteous repairing my garage door. He answered the phone and came to do the job as promised. After inspecting the job, he explained what he was gonna do and completed the job right away. He notice the garage wasn't closing properly and made the adjustments at no additional charge. I highly recommend David and his prices a very reasonable.

We agreed on an appointment for a couple days later. Upon arrival, He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it, all the while patiently answering my questions. Excellent service and workmanship. My garage door was previously installed improperly. They took the time to to explain the issues and what work they would preform to fix it. Also explained preventive maintenance. The garage door is like new and opens and closes so smooth. You won’t go wrong.

Stephen was fantastic! My garage door broke and I had another company come out to take a look and told me it couldn’t be fixed and that I’d need a whole new door. A new door wasn’t in the budget so I called Rapid Garage Doors. Stephen came out same day to take a look and within minutes said he knew exactly what to do to remedy the problem. Excellent service! David came out the same day. Found the problem and fix quickly. Also- fixed my keypad that wasn’t working. I will be using them again! Fast and efficient! So happy i called him after seeing all his recommendations by people!
