Winandoffice have responded instantly and generously. I bought my MS Office a year or two ago now. A couple of days ago my Word started acting up. I got in touch, they instantly gave me a new key! I couldn't download it. They instantly sent me detailed download instructions. I left it for a couple of days as I was too busy to deal with it, but today, I had to deal with it. I couldn't get the instructions to work. I contacted again, and again, immediate response. This time, instantly, they sent me another link, got into a thingie to let them get into my laptop. They came into my laptop, and within seconds, my Word was working again. That's good. That's very good.
