I placed an order on 29/11/2016 but am yet to receive my item. Using the DHL tracking it appears to be stuck in Köln, but Alpinetrek have not responded to either of my emails asking for assistance. They have my money, I do not have the item and they do not seem to care about this situation. Very frustrating.
