Meine Erfahrung mit Rebuy war eines der schlimmsten, die ich je hatte. Bitte vermeiden Sie um jeden Preis. Ich kaufte mir ein Samsung A7 Handy im April für 220 €. Es wurde in 2 oder 3 Tage ankommen soll. Es dauerte fast drei Wochen. Während dieser Zeit fast das Kundenservice-Team komplett meine quesitons einfach ignoriert sagen, sie waren damit beschäftigt, weil es Ostern war. DEFEKT HANDY: Sofort gab es Probleme mit dem Handy, zum Beispiel die Kamera-App immer versagte und das Telefon neu gestartet werden musste. Dann weniger als drei Monaten, nachdem es ankommt Ich steckte es in Gebühr für eine Nacht, wenn alles normal war. Am nächsten Tag war der Bildschirm schwarz, obwohl das Telefon war noch auf (ich konnte Nachrichten hören ankommen). Es war für den körperlichen Schaden keine Möglichkeit, geschehen zu sein. GARANTIE IST EINE LÜGE, DOES KUNDENSERVICE NICHT ANTWORTEN: Ich beschloss, die Vorteile der Garantie 18 Monate zu nehmen und schickte das Telefon zurück zu Rebuy am 1. August statt. Dieser Prozess soll weniger zu nehmen als eine Woche. Ich erhielt keine Antwort oder Nachrichten bis zum 25. August statt. Auch hier werden alle meine Kommunikation an den Kundendienst mit automatischer Antworten ignoriert oder beantwortet. Sie sagten, dass es nicht behoben werden konnte, wie es meine Schuld war. Das war nicht wahr. Es gab immer wieder Probleme mit dem Telefon und der Bildschirm ohne körperlichen Schaden wurde schwarz. Dies war nach einer dreiwöchigen Verzögerung. Sie sagten dann das Telefon zurückgegeben werden würde. HANDY noch nicht zurückgesandte Ich bin jetzt seit fast drei Monate ohne Telefon gewesen. Und noch Kundenservice ignroes mich. ENGLISH: My experience with ReBuy was one of the worst I have ever had. Please AVOID at all costs. I bought a Samsung A7 phone in april for 220€. It was supposed to arrive in 2 or 3 days. It took almost three weeks. During this time the customer service team almost completely ignored my quesitons just saying they were busy because it was Easter. FAULTY PHONE: Immediately there were problems with the phone, for example the camera app was always failing and the phone had to be restarted. Then, less than three months after it arriving I plugged it into charge one night when everything was normal. The next day the screen was black even though the phone was still on (I could hear messages arrive). There was no possibilty for physical damage to have happened. WARRANTY IS A LIE, CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT REPLY: I decided to take advantage of the 18 month warranty and sent the phone back to ReBuy on the 1 August. This process is supposed to take less than a week. I received no reply or news until the 25th August. Again, all my communication to customer service was ignored or answered with automatic replies. They said that it could not be fixed as it was my fault. This was not true. There was always problems with the phone and the screen went black without any physical damage. This was after a three week delay. They then said the phone would be returned. THE PHONE HAS STILL NOT BEEN RETURNED I have now been without a phone for almost three months. And still customer service ignroes me.

THe package was not delivered. I contacted Hermes: it was delivered to a completely Random address in MItte, and I cannot collect it.
