1 week passed no package arrived. in the past it took 2 days to deliver.

Hello, Your order arrived on 29/04/2019 and was handed over to GLS on 02/05/2019 due to the holiday (1. Mai). On 07/05/2019 an attempt was made to deliver the package, unfortunately you could not be found, so the delivery was deposited in a GLS shop. Please do not confound the service of Topfruits with the performance of the parcel service. it can always come back to fluctuations that we can not influence. You can also contact us at any time by mail or phone if something should not vote for the order. We also like to contact the delivery service and make sure that you receive your delivery as soon as possible. Best regards Jochen Megerle

Basically, you can certainly not accuse any sender of being particularly bad, or being outstandingly good. In our experience, the driver decides in the most majority of cases how customers perceive a parcel service. Of course, having a bad day, or just doing a bad job in general, will affect the whole company and, ultimately, us as well. Unfortunately, we can not cooperate with all the shipper that is there, as this would make the quantities per shipper so low that the costs would go up. Shipping with DHL to Austria e.g. costs about double as much as GLS. We always pass on such cases to our responsible agent.

GLS is the worst delivery company here in Vienna which provides horrible service. The just skipped my house on the delivery day. I saw the truck passing by without attempting to stop. This is not the first time they doing it. I already complained about the case but trust me its not going to change anything. I suggest you consider another delivery company. Your goods are excellent. No question about it. Always fresh and tasty and dispatched on time. But delivery is part of the service and I am counting on it when do my order. This time crossed the border and I thought it would be useful to provide a feedback. Perhaps you can put some pressure on them but I doubt.

Thank you for another comment. I am not accusing, I am just stating facts and can repeat them multiple times with evidence. This is my feedback as customer and it remains so. Otherwise there will be no improvement.
