Dear customer, thanks for your Feedback! We took a close look at your complaint: your order reached us on last weeks' Friday at noon. An important information you stated unfortunately was faulty and we got in touch with you via e-mail the same day. After receiving your input and correcting the faulty information on Monday your order was put on hold due to one article which wasn't available in the (high) amount you've ordered. After you wrote us an e-mail complaint we've splitted your order and posted it on Wednesday, notifying (and thereby answering your e-mails) you with a shipment notification. We regret that we had to put your order on hold for two days, but when ordering higher amounts of a single article it can happen that a customer like you sweeps our stock for a moment. Since Wednesday (yesterday) your order is picked, packed, shipped and on it's way to Spain. The last article's missing amount has been shipped seperately today (Thursday) in a seperate parcel.
