My order has been lost, apparently by DPD. The matter is being investigated but I have cancelled my order as I needed the item urgently & sadly already had to cancel a bike fit as they hadn’t arrived. On the face of it not your fault but nevertheless it’s not ideal .communication by email very slow, needs to be better with phones not in use!
