I orderred the SIM card on 26th of February a pre-paid card for 9.95 euro and today is 2nd of April and i am calling to customer service 2nd time to ask me to send the card. Everytime i give all the details needed for address, and I am told the same thing that they will send me the SIM card and I will get it in 3-5 days, but still did not receive it.
I am having very BAD and FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. And customer service is lacking experience to explain the reasons and handle the conversation in English.
