Dear Daniel, we are really sorry about the delay with DHL Express. But we have absolutely no influence on DHL Express after the parcel has left our warehouse. As you can see in your order history we have processed your order immediately. We are really sad about your review since we have done our best to get your goods out as fast as possible. At the moment all the Aquasabi team is making tons of overtime to get all parcels shipped out for every order that arrives us before 12 o'clock. We are also not happy about the situation that sometimes the shipping companies during the current Corona crisis cannot upkeep with the tremendous number of parcels. But it’s kinda unfair to give us a bad vote with the current situation and keeping in mind that we have shipped your parcel right away. Of course you will get a refund for the express charge.
