I ordered two Playstation 3 controllers (Gioteck VX-1) on the 25th of September. They were delivered on the 1st of October. After playing one day with one of the controllers the controller suddenly disconnected with the PS3. After using a paper pin, I pushed the reset button on the back of the controller and it finally reconnected again. However after a few seconds (I was playing Fifa 13) I noticed the shoulder buttons (L1, L2, R1 and R2) completely stopped working. Other buttons were working fine. Unfortunately this renders the controller completely useless. So I tried the other controller. At the moment the 2nd controller is *still* working fine, however I don't know for how long. I emailed Alphamusic.de the next day about this and reported the broken controller, however it has been several days (and emails) later, but I still haven't received any kind of answer, other than a auto-reply, let alone a solution. I guess Alphamusic.de doesn't care about their customers and this is the reason they do not respond to my emails at all. They only care about making a quick profit. It's my fault that I had chosen the cheapest solution, which was Alphamusic.de at the time of ordering, but I know now cheap prices = no service!! So my advice; buy your products somewhere else other than Alphamusic.de if you value your money. There is no support at Alphamusic.de and they don't care if your product is working or not (after they have received your money). Once again; avoid doing business with Alphamusic.de at all costs!!
