 I am very sad. Because I made a purchase I did not receive all the items because of an error from you that did not report on the site the tracking code! I have already sent several emails, and what you reply is that I must wait for the package to return to you. The mistake was yours because you did not enter the package number on the site. The purchase was made on 11/08, order number: "20750", you divided the purchase into two packages. Only one package was reported on the site, the tracking code "RH595348962DE" I received. What about the other package? What is the number? For this reason of not having been informed, the package was not delivered, because before I withdraw the package I have to pay a fee of 15 reais. As I did not know, the fee was not paid, because you did not inform the code! Now do you think it right that I have to wait for the package to have to come back to you? The mistake was not mine! If you had informed me I would have received the item. That's why I will not buy more. The answer I had is that I will have to wait to get the package back for you! It is not right!
